As a licensed professional, I use evidence-based theories—including Brain Spotting, Psychodynamic, CBT, and relationship tools from Gottman —to help you move beyond traditional "talk therapy" and into actionable growth. I also offer one of the only in-person group therapy experiences in North County San Diego that meets every Wednesday evenings (6:15-7:45pm).
